Wageningen University wants to improve student and faculty information and services and communication with students and faculty. The educational experience attempts to focus on “our customers”, students, faculty, alumni, and staff, by listening to their needs. These inputs will be analyzed and the results will become recommendations for how the university can improve overall education.
The Educational Experience Team is part of the Department of Education and Student Affairs and maps the desires and needs of students and teachers. To do this, we use a variety of methods:

Design thinking (Stanford method)

Mapping of consciousness
During the session, students and staff will map a specific journey using personas. These personas represent a portion of our target population. There is a journey to be made from each character’s perspective and needs.
