The notice requires strengthening source management, process management, result management and guarantee management for the mental health of students of all ages. To strengthen the construction of mental health courses, colleges and universities should set up public compulsory courses of mental health for their junior college students. In principle, two credits (32-36 class hours) should be set. Primary and secondary schools should incorporate mental health education courses into school-based courses, and pay attention to arranging various forms of life education and frustration education. We should speed up the development of a psychological evaluation scale more in line with the characteristics of Chinese students. Colleges and universities should timely carry out a full coverage mental health evaluation after freshmen enter the school every year, and pay attention to the scientific analysis and rational application of the evaluation results. The county-level education department should take the lead in organizing primary and secondary schools in the region to carry out mental health evaluation, facing the senior grades of primary schools, junior middle schools A mental health assessment was carried out in senior high school. Strengthen daily early warning prevention and control. Colleges and universities should improve the four-level early warning network of “school department class dormitory / individual”, and focus on whether students encounter major changes, major setbacks and obvious abnormalities.
