Recently, Lanzhou City Bureau of Education Deputy Director Zhang Da led the research team to Qilihe District, supervision and guidance of the spring school work. The research group went to Lanzhou Eighty-eighth Middle School and Anxi Road Primary School in Qilihe District, inspected the campus environment, hardware facilities and campus culture construction, and had an in-depth understanding of the school’s characteristics and problems and difficulties in its development.
Symposium held in the following, qilihe district bureau of education is the spring of 2021, head of the school work done to research group report, this paper introduces the area education, normal epidemic prevention and control system of the party’s construction, the campus safety management, education teaching regular ethics strengthen construction, and control of insurance and the key work to promote the implementation in 2021. The research group gave full affirmation to Qilihe District’s spring opening work and put forward suggestions on the difficulties and problems existing in the development of regional education.
The research group pointed out that the Qilihe District Bureau of Education in the spring school work has strength and security, in the education and teaching management ideas, measures, in the education reform and development of a breakthrough, there are bright spots, the overall work effect is obvious. The research group emphasized that Qilihe District should make an article on seizing the development opportunity, and make use of the east wind of rapid economic and social development, plan in advance, implement as a whole, and vigorously promote the major educational reform measures such as group running schools, so as to ensure the high-quality and balanced development of regional education. We should take measures to expand educational resources, base ourselves on the actual situation of the district, look to the future development, actively coordinate, continue to increase capital investment, optimize the layout of schools, and try our best to meet the needs of the people for learning. We should work hard in the key tasks, increase the investment of preschool education funds, focus on the construction and management of supporting kindergartens in the community, orderly promote the work of group garden, and really solve the difficult and troubling problems of the people as the starting point and foothold of work.
