Key Laboratory of Big Data Mining and Knowledge Management of the Chinese Academy of Sciences has released a report on the development of small classes in online education industry in 2020.
The Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) report is the first to release a satisfaction list for domestic online education brands with small classes. The results of the list show that the comprehensive satisfaction ranking of the art treasure brand ranks the top three, and the painting la la only ranks the seventh. In the survey of parents’ satisfaction, the relevant research group of the Chinese Academy of Sciences focused on seven subjective and objective core indicators, including curriculum design, teaching aid design, technical stability, faculty strength, classroom interaction, comprehensive services, and learning effect. These seven indicators are also the core dimensions that parents paid more attention to educational institutions in the past.
The year 2020 is a year of rapid growth for China’s online education industry. Under the pattern of high market growth rate, high capital injection and high marketing expenditure, the online education industry also presents a micro iterative trend of gradual upgrading of user demand, continuous subdivision of subject areas and continuous evolution of course forms. At the same time, after years of market practice and the application of emerging AI technology and data mining technology, the course form of online education has also begun to evolve from the traditional large class and 1V1 to various small class and AI class.
It is worth mentioning that in 2020, small class class has been widely recognized by students and parents because of its advantages in interactivity, pertinence and class effect. Meanwhile, it has also gained attention from online education institutions with its advantages in cost control and course pricing, and has rapidly grown into one of the mainstream models.
