The children are studious and sensible

The important thing is to be consistent

Today, I’m going to share with you a ballet dancer named Kayla, who is such an inspiration to children.

The children are studious and sensible

Although she was a professional dancer, she did not delay her study at all. She was a student with excellent performance in ballet.

Her story is inspiring and wonderful, And I hope my children can learn from the power of example: if you can become an excellent student in football, it is a hard and happy thing

Kayla, a 16-year-old mixed-race girl, practiced dancing 6 days a week for 5 hours a day, from preparing her own shoes and daily training to attending classes and doing homework at school. She got up at 6:30 a.m. and went to bed at 12:30 p.m.

Many people said, “This is too self-disciplined.”I’ve seen her daily routine, and it’s all caps!

At the age of 16, I can manage my life in perfect order. I know I can carry out the plan and raise a child. I will work hard in this direction

After all, it takes a chicken to go further (Heart OS: Old mothers can take a back seat earlier)

Every day is not easy, the important thing is to persevere

Kayla, who is of Chinese, Japanese and Cuban ancestry, studied modern ballet at the Westchester Dance Academy in New York.

This is a typical day in Kayla (I feel like Kayla is a real life mulan, ha ha ha)

Get up at 6:30 a.m., but set four alarm clocks ahead (too real);

Having a light meal of cereal and catching the school bus at 7:15;

In the morning at school.

For Kayla, the hardest course was basic psychology, and even the hardest, she still got a 92.

What’s the secret to high scores?Take a look at the dense notes.)

Stretch your muscles in the hallway between classes and relax

After school at two o ‘clock, Kayla eats before she gets on the train. Then she takes an hour’s train ride to a professional dance class.

The train is not idle, doing homework

The dance class is from 3:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. After class, Kayla will continue to practice for an hour.

It wasn’t until 9.30pm that she officially ended her dance practice and caught the train home.

On the way back, Kayla was still making up her homework

I usually get home at 11pm, so I’m starving and have a quick, easy dinner.

Then go on with your homework. (So American kids don’t have much homework at all.)

Go to bed at 12.30am and start a new day at 6.30am, still busy

It’s not easy to practice dancing and to do your studies at the same time. I can understand that.

It’s not easy to practice dancing and to do your studies at the same time. I can understand that.

Because she is not a child’s interest class, ballet is her major, every day to spend a lot of time to practice.

Everyone has 24 hours in a day. Where do you find the time to do homework?Only from rest time, sleep time, recreation time to squeeze.

As Kayla herself said, use the shard time to learn.(Like on a train to and from a dance studio)

Sometimes, I would come home after 12 p.m. but still have dinner to prepare for the upcoming exam and an English homework assignment

Meet the deadline for homework submission, but also in the middle of the night to concentrate on a quick battle.

Kayla has to stay up late to do her homework almost every day. She can’t help it. She has to balance ballet and school work, she can’t give up either, but she has to do both well.

Kayla’s friends were surprised to see her schedule, but Kayla did it. Even though every day was hard, she kept working hard.

Goals are motivation, happiness is medicine

Ballet practice is very bitter, and at the same time to balance the school, is more bitter, tired and tired.

But with a kid like Kayla, you ask her if she’s tired, she’s tired, but you tell her to give up, it’s impossible.

Why?I think it’s about turning a goal into a drive, and she wants to do it from the bottom of her heart, so no matter how hard it is, she relishes it.

For body aches, put on a balm or roll with a ball of fascia.

To be honest, I think the smell of all kinds of oil is really not good, spicy feeling. But Kayla said it smelled good, like cinnamon.(Ha ha ha ~ Full mark of mentality)

Kayla says the smell follows her and has become her signature smell

The process of getting ready for the dance can be a bit of a headache, too, with sewing your own lacings and rubber bands and pounding and tramping on the concrete
