Stay-at-home moms

Self-discipline changes your life

On the last day of 2020, I received a message from my best friend: “All my goals for this year have been achieved!”

When I saw the news, I almost jumped in place.

Stay-at-home moms

Because I know how difficult it will be for her to achieve those goals:

Slimming success;

After reading 50 Chinese books and 10 English books;

Earning 100,000;

Passed the Intermediate Economist Examination.

As a stay-at-home mother with two children, she has so many things to do every day, including housework, picking up the kids and helping with homework, that she has little time for herself.But she managed to squeeze in the time to accomplish the impossible task for ordinary people.

Why try so hard?

She says she wants to set a good example for her child and hopes he will become a disciplined person in the future.

In recent years, I found that there are more and more excellent women around me, and they all have self-discipline.

My yoga teacher is a very disciplined woman.Elegant, swan-necked, long-legged and well-spoken, she looked like a goddess who could do no wrong.

No way. She only has a junior high school degree.When she told us, several students dropped their chins and asked her how she practiced step by step.

According to her, a few years ago, she was working as a waitress in a restaurant.

A yoga teacher used to eat there and got acquainted with several girls in the shop.They looked at the teacher every time dressed up beautifully, envy is very, began to follow the teacher to yoga class.

At first, the girls vowed, “We’ll watch each other, cheer on each other, and no one will be left behind.”

In the end, the passion lasted only a week.

By the second week, people started taking time off.To catch up on sleep, to date, to socialize…All in all, the reasons for not going are growing.In the end, she was left alone in silence.

Half a year later, she had a waistcoat line, a butterfly back, a peach butt, won the coach certificate, formally joined the teacher’s team.She began to earn eight times more than the waiters.

All this, thanks to her self-discipline.

Some of the girls she practiced yoga with have gone back to their hometown to get married, and some are still doing their old jobs, so life hasn’t changed much.

Self-discipline changes your life. It’s that simple.

Body is like this, career is like this, even the whole life is like this.

It applies to both men and women.
